What's Employee Relations?
Employee relations can be defined as an organization's efforts to create and maintain a positive relationship with its employees.
Employees will have access to contact The Region via messaging chat, 30 min. video chat session, phone, email, or by appointment at our office. The Region will come into your organization to introduce ourselves to the employees and provide them with a rundown on how we can support them. The Region will provide your executive team with a monthly status report on employee issues, unless an employee-related issue may result in a legal matter such as discrimination or harassment claims. In such a case, the executive team will be notified immediately, and The Region HR Consulting Firm will provide recommendations for all matters that may arise.
