I’ve always had a servant’s heart and passion to empower and help others reach their full potential. This passion led me to the field of human resources. After years of laboring with helping employees and managers while working in the corporate sector but always feeling like more could be done, I knew my purpose was greater than working in one place for one organization under their set standard. I knew God had more for me and bigger ways for me to utilize my gifts to positively impact others.
